By using 8kbat (https://8kbat.im), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to 8kbat and all its services, products, promotions, and related activities.

8kbat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the site following an update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with 8kbat, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by any third party.

As part of KYC verification, 8kbat may request proof of identity, address, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

The following rules apply when making a deposit at 8kbat:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Only payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• 8kbat reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.
• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if you have an active bonus.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large first-time withdrawals.
• Processing is typically completed within 1–24 hours.

8kbat is committed to anti-money laundering. Any suspicious withdrawal request will be held for verification, and relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

All bonuses and promotions on 8kbat are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Each member may participate in each promotion once only.
• 8kbat reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Using bonuses to place hedged bets or engage in arbitrage is prohibited.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 8kbat:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will remain at the original odds.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to its own terms.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, 8kbat will make a decision in accordance with its own rules.

Sports Betting and casino games each have their own specific rules, available within each game or market section. Please review them before placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8kbat:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or fraudulent identity.
• Bonus abuse — including use across multiple accounts or through any technical exploit.
• Match fixing or unethically influencing the outcome of a match.
• Hacking the platform or any form of technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or the use of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using a third-party account.

8kbat may restrict or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.
• In the event of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification is complete.

8kbat firmly believes in Responsible Gaming. To protect our members, we offer the following:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit — automatic pause when losses exceed a specified amount.
• Session Time Limit — a cap on continuous play time.
• Temporary self-exclusion (from 1 day up to 6 months).

8kbat will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

8kbat will provide maximum assistance for technical issues on the platform. However, our liability for losses caused by external factors is limited.

8kbat may amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be published on the platform.
• Notification will be sent to your registered email.
• Updated terms will take effect from the date the changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
